On Friday, January 30, students of the “Bartók Béla” Theoretical High School – Deac Cristian-Endre (12th grade KG), Kabai Florian (12th grade KG), Farkas Imre (10th grade MI), Moldoveanu Eduard (12th grade BK), Madaras Andor-Robert (10th grade TT), Kiss Réka (10th grade BK), Buculei Yana Eliza (10th grade MI), and Szendrey Beatrix (10th grade BK) – took part in the launch event for the implementation of the winning projects within the “Timișoara Decide / Temesvár Dönt – Participatory Budgeting in Schools” program.

Within the call launched by the Timișoara City Hall, projects were submitted by 17 high schools, of which a total of 29 projects were declared winners, receiving total funding of 780,000 lei. The winning projects will be implemented in the coming period.

We are especially pleased that two student projects from our school, Bartók Music Lab and Bartók FM – School Radio, have also entered the implementation phase.

Thank you for this opportunity! We are eagerly looking forward to the realization of the projects!
